Objectives

(1) To monitor the changes in parameters affecting the material properties (e.g., temperature, moisture content, state of moisture). (2) To estimate the material properties during various time periods by back calculation of deflection data. (3) To compare the back calculated moduli with those obtained from the FHWA Integrated Model for climatic effects on pavement. (updated 6/22/01)
