Hence the following roles have also been realigned:
1. Muneeb Malik – Project Portfolio Manager – Project Portfolio Management section.
Project Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing and analyzing project portfolio of the organization as well as develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support the management with strategic objectives relating to project portfolio. Portfolio Manager should have the most in-depth understanding of projects and translate this information into actionable insights for senior leadership. Project Portfolio Manager will be responsible to track and support projects and technical teams with smooth project deliveries.
Some of the responsibilities of Portfolio Manager are:
· Evaluating, authorizing, and monitoring projects as they pass through the project lifecycle
· Optimizing techniques to identify the optimal management and execution of projects
